Effective Date: September 1st, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets to and attendance at events hosted by Ladybug Charm Bar ("Ladybug Charm Bar," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending a Ladybug Charm Bar event (an "Event"), you ("Guest," "Purchaser," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Purchase of a ticket requires affirmative acknowledgment of these Terms. At checkout, Purchaser must check the box:

●       “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, including the guest safety guidelines and this Event's 21+ guest policy.”

This acknowledgment is required to complete a purchase. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund, as described in Section 8.

2. Ticket Purchases & Pricing

Ticket prices are as listed at the time of purchase, including any promotional, soft-launch, or introductory pricing. Promotional pricing is offered at Ladybug Charm Bar's sole discretion and does not guarantee availability of the same pricing for future Events.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Guest-Initiated Cancellations: Purchasers who cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled Event start time are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the Event start time are not eligible for a refund, in whole or in part, regardless of reason. Tickets are non-transferable. To request a refund, Purchaser must email Ladybug Charm Bar at ladybugcharmbar@gmail.com; refunds are not available through automated self-service on Ladybug Charm Bar's website and must be processed directly by Ladybug Charm Bar.

Cancellations or Rescheduling by Ladybug Charm Bar: If Ladybug Charm Bar cancels or reschedules an Event due to weather, venue-related issues, or other circumstances within Ladybug Charm Bar's control or discretion, all Purchasers will receive a full refund of their ticket price.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Guest acknowledges that the Event involves hands-on use of jewelry-making tools, including pliers, jump rings, clasps, and small metal components, and that such activity carries an inherent risk of minor injury, including but not limited to pinching, scratching, or puncture. Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest releases and holds harmless Ladybug Charm Bar, its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Ladybug Charm Bar.

Guest further acknowledges that Events are held at third-party venues (including but not limited to restaurants, wineries, breweries, and tasting rooms), and that such venues — not Ladybug Charm Bar — are solely responsible for the service of alcohol and compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and regulations.

5. Allergies & Health Disclosures

While Ladybug Charm Bar offers some hypoallergenic charm options, Guest is solely responsible for reviewing materials and determining their own suitability for use, including any known metal sensitivities, allergies, or other health conditions. Ladybug Charm Bar makes no representation that any material is suitable for any particular individual's sensitivities and assumes no liability for allergic or adverse reactions.

6. Photo & Video Consent

By attending an Event, Guest grants Ladybug Charm Bar a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to photograph and/or video record Guest during the Event and to use, reproduce, and publish such photographs and recordings for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including on social media and in paid advertisements, without further compensation or notice to Guest.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, curated charm arrangements, instructional content, and business methods used or displayed at the Event are the property of Ladybug Charm Bar. Attendance at an Event does not grant Guest any license or right to reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit Ladybug Charm Bar's branding, curated materials, or business concept.

8. Guest Safety Guidelines & Age Requirement

For the safety and wellbeing of young children, and due to the nature of the activities and environment involved, Ladybug Charm Bar events are intended for guests aged 21 and older and are not designed or structured to accommodate children.

This guideline is in place because:

●       Events take place at establishments serving alcohol;

●       Guests handle jewelry pliers, jump rings, and other small components that present choking and injury hazards to young children.

By purchasing a ticket, Purchaser represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age. Ladybug Charm Bar reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet this age requirement, without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ladybug Charm Bar's total liability arising out of or related to a Guest's ticket purchase or Event attendance shall not exceed the amount paid by Guest for the applicable ticket.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York State.

11. Changes to These Terms

Ladybug Charm Bar reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued purchase or attendance following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
